まだ今年の秋刀魚は食べておりませんが。。。
香ばしく焼かれた秋刀魚のみりん干しは、噛めばふるさとの味が思い出されると、
磨さんは短歌に詠みました。
みりんの風味がほんのり甘く、焦げすぎないように香ばしく焼かれた秋刀魚のみりん干しは、
ご飯のおかずにも、お酒のあてにも最高ですね!

When biting into the fragrant grilled saury dried with Mirin,
Migaku-san reminded of the taste of his hometown.
This tanka was composed with such as his impression.
The flavor of Mirin is slightly sweet and dried saury
grilled fragrantly so as not to burn too much.
It's the best side dish for rice and nibbles when drinking!

Mirin is a kind of cooking sake(wine) which is commonly used in Japanese cooking and it's sweet.
