山菜の季節が来たとバッケ咲く

バッケとは、東北地方の方言で「ふきのとう」のことです。


これからの季節は山菜がたくさん採れて、

ばっけ味噌（ふきのとう味噌）や色々な春の山菜の天ぷらなど、とても楽しみですね！



磨さんが詠んだ川柳は、

2011.3.11の東日本大震災の津波で、
全て流されてしまった母方の曾祖父母の家の裏山に、

力強く生き延びていたバッケです。


バッケを見つけた磨さんは、
それを少しだけ持ち帰り、自宅の庭に植栽し、

埼玉に住んでいる叔母（磨さんの妹）にも送りました。


その後バッケは、埼玉の叔母がたくさん増やしてくれて、
毎年、磨さんの元へフキになって帰ってきます。



東日本大震災からもうすぐ12年。


草木も命を繋ぎ、頑張っています。


庭先に咲く故郷のバッケは、
磨さんに春が来たことをお知らせしてくれたようです。

"Bakke" means "japanese butterbur scape" in the dialect of the Tohoku region.

A lot of edible wild vegetables can be harvested in the coming season.
Bakke miso (japanese butterbur scape with miso) and tempura of various spring wild vegetables are delicious season!

The Bakke survived strongly on the hill behind my maternal great-grandparents' house, which was completely swept away by
the tsunami of the Great East Japan Earthquake on March 11, 2011.
Migaku-san composed this senryu about survived bakke.

When Migaku-san found the bakke he took some of it home and planted it in his garden.
He also sent it to my aunt (Migaku-san's younger sister) who lives in Saitama.

After that, my aunt in Saitama grows the bakke and increased.
She sends fresh japanese butterbur to Migaku-san every year.

Almost 12 years have passed since the Great East Japan Earthquake.
Plants are also living powerfully while connecting life.

The bakke that blooms in the garden, it informed Migaku-san that spring has come.
