流れ藻とは

海を漂う海藻の総称です。

海藻が波や潮流により岩場から剥がれ、
沖へ流されることで形成されます。

小さい魚や甲殻類の隠れ家となったり、
魚の産卵場所となったり、

様々な魚たちの一時的な住処となり、
海洋生態系において重要な役割を果たしているようです。


磨さんは、

広大な海原で流れ藻に寄り添い、
その不安定さや変化の激しさの中で

懸命に生きる小さな魚たち（雑魚）の様子を、

川柳に詠みました。

Drifting seaweed is formed when seaweed is torn off rocks by waves or currents and carried out to sea.

They provide hiding places for small fish and crustaceans, and spawning grounds for fish.

They also provide a temporary habitat for a variety of fish and appear to play an important role in the marine ecosystem.

Migaku-san wrote a senryu poem about the small fishes that cling to floating seaweed in the vast ocean
and struggle to survive in the midst of its instability and rapid change.
